Group fitness classes
Small-group training with individualised coaching
Structured training sessions with up to eight people. You follow the same programme as the group, but we correct your form individually and scale exercises to your current ability level.

Every new client receives a complimentary assessment regardless of which service they choose.
All equipment provided
You don't need to bring anything except comfortable workout clothes and trainers.

Cancel or reschedule sessions with 24 hours notice without penalty.

Service questions
Yes. Many members combine services or switch as their needs change. You might do personal training initially to learn technique, then move to group classes for ongoing training. Or use group classes most of the time and book occasional PT sessions to work on specific skills.
Personal training packages have validity periods as listed, but we're reasonable about extensions if you have a good reason. Monthly memberships renew automatically unless cancelled. Class passes expire after three months to keep pricing fair for regular attendees.
You can freeze monthly memberships for up to three months per year for reasons like illness, injury, or travel. Just let us know in advance. For longer breaks, we recommend cancelling and rejoining when you're ready.
We offer 15% discount on all services for students with valid ID and adults over 65. This applies to both one-off purchases and ongoing memberships.
No, packages are individual because we design programmes for specific people. However, we can arrange semi-private training where two people train together at a discounted rate compared to individual sessions.
We accept card payments and bank transfers. Monthly memberships are charged automatically on the same date each month. Packages and single sessions are paid upfront. We don't offer payment plans for packages.
