Common questions
Most of our members started with little to no training experience. We design programmes specifically for beginners, teaching proper movement patterns before adding any significant load. You'll learn at your own pace with as much support as you need.
No. We offer monthly memberships and pay-as-you-go options for personal training. You can pause or cancel at any time with reasonable notice.
Group classes follow a structured programme with up to eight people per session. Personal training is fully customised to your goals and needs. Many members do both—group sessions for regular training stimulus and occasional PT sessions to address specific issues or learn new skills.
In most cases, yes. We regularly work with people managing injuries or chronic conditions. We'll modify exercises as needed and can coordinate with your physio or doctor if appropriate. If we think training isn't suitable for you, we'll be honest about that.
We focus on barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises. No machines, no gimmicks. Just proven tools that build real strength and athleticism.
