Before you visit
Yes, but please email ahead so we can schedule a time when a coach is available to show you around. We run sessions throughout the day and can't always stop to give tours during busy periods.
We don't offer free trial sessions, but you can book a single drop-in class or personal training session to see if our approach suits you before committing to a package.
Just wear comfortable workout clothes and bring trainers with flat soles (running shoes are fine, but lifting shoes or Converse-style trainers are better). We provide all equipment. Bring water if you prefer your own bottle, though we have a water fountain available.
Yes. All sessions and classes must be booked in advance as we limit numbers to maintain coaching quality. Personal training sessions are scheduled individually. Group classes can be booked through our online system once you have a membership or class pass.
There's limited on-street parking directly outside, but it's usually full during business hours. The Spinningfields car park is your best option and only a short walk away. Many members find public transport more reliable.
Yes, we have lockers in the changing rooms. Bring your own padlock or ask at reception for a temporary lock. We're not responsible for valuables, so don't bring anything you can't afford to lose.
